DELIVERY INFORMATION

We can usually deliver same day subject to our timed critical orders ie Funerals and the availability of stock to meet your requirements.

Deliveries can be arranged to avoid key times like the School Run or early morning or evening again subject to our booked commitments at the time of your order or enquiry.

We have a standard delivery charge and policy.  If the delivery can be made within a walking distance of our shop, there is no charge. 

Our guide for this is a 15 minute turnaround to effect the delivery and have returned to the shop,  For local deliveries our charges are:

Medway Town (Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester and Strood  £4.95

Deliveries to all other ME postcodes range from £5.95 to £9.99

For orders outside of the above ie further into Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Essex, we can both arrange and deliver or transfer the order to a more local Florist on your behalf.

For deliveries into other counties, nationwide and worldwide we can also organise this for you.the bouquet

We also offer the unique service of sending you a photograph of the  Bouquet, Arrangement or Funeral Tribute once it has been delivered so you can see what we have created for you.  This service is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.

Should you require a receipt we can also arrange to send you this via email following the delivery of the item.
